I’m telling you, this dip is a crowd pleaser. It’s spreadable and simple to schmear on a baguette. Scoopable and perfect for crackers. It’s an unbeatable dip for vegetables (cucumbers are my favorite).

How To Make Whipped Feta

Let’s live in a world where salt and pepper “don’t count” as ingredients when we’re counting them, shall we? If that’s the case, you’re looking at just 4 ingredients to make this heavenly spread:

  1. Feta Cheese
  2. Cream Cheese
  3. Lemon
  4. Olive Oil

That’s it! And if you want to be all technical, add the pepper and we’ve got five ingredients. FIVE! Nothing you can’t handle!

The trick to perfectly whipped dip is blending it. I use my food processor, (great Christmas gift idea!) which I love since it has an opening for me to drizzle in olive oil or lemon juice, while the motor is still running.

This is the key to the creamy!

Serve Up Happiness

This appetizer turns festive by arranging a variety of green vegetables around the platter of delicious goodness. Dot with cherry tomato “ornaments”, and you have one delicious wreath. Enjoy!

Whipped Feta Dip

This Whipped Feta is incredible! Tangy feta is whipped to perfection with bright lemon. The perfect dip or spread for veggies or crackers!

Servings 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, and a few grinds of black pepper. Pulse to combine.
  • With the motor running, drizzle in olive oil, starting with 2 tablespoons. Process for 30 seconds, and add more olive oil if you'd like the consistency thinner.
  • Serve with crudites and crackers!
