Pineapple Cheese Ball
This Pineapple Cheese Ball is one of my all-time favorite holiday appetizers! Pineapple adds sweetness and green onion adds bite. The perfect cheeseball!

Servings: 2 cups
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1 tsp low sodium tamari, soy sauce, or aminos
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, pineapple, green onion, green pepper, and soy sauce.
Form mixture in to an ovel shape on a plate, cover with plastic. Allow to chill at least two hours.
Once chilled, unwrap plastic. Arrange slivered almonds starting at one end and moving in a line to the opposite end, resembling a pinecone. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
