Asparagus and Feta Frittata

feta cheese

asparagus,
washed and trimmed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie plate with cooking oil.
In a large bowl combine egg whites and eggs. Add salt and pepper, and whisk completely until frothy. Pour into prepared pie plate.
Sprinkle feta over whisked eggs. Trim asparagus to fit in a circular shape on top of the eggs in the pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs set. Allow to cool slightly before slicing!
