Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/8 cup sesame oil
  • 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 Tbsp aminos or soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add chicken and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. You can opt to marinate up to 12 hours in advance.
  • Preheat grill to about 400 degrees. Add marinated chicken, cooking until charred and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite stir fry, noodles, or on a salad.
