Choc-Oat Chip Cookies

These Choc-Oat Chip Cookies are chewy, chocolatey, and so simple to make. Perfectly salty and sweet!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softend
  • 1 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 12 ozbag chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine butter and sugars until combined. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add flour mixture in 3 stages, mixing the dough until flour is incorporated after each addition.
  • Add oats and chocolate chips, mixing until just combined. If the dough is too stiff, use a spatula to incorporate the remaining ingredients.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 14 minutes, or until the desired crispiness is reached!
