Maple Dijon Roasted Salmon

This Maple Dijon Roasted Salmon is the perfect weeknight meal! Just 4 ingredients make up the mouthwatering sauce, which is brushed onto the salmon and baked until tender and flaky. Mouthwateringly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 4 oz portions salmon
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat ovem to 375ยบ.
  • Place salmon filets on a baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk to comine.
  • Pour or brush mixture onto salmon. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  • Serve warm with your favorite side dish. I like serving it with roasted broccoli and lightly dressed greens!
