Maple Dijon Roasted Salmon

- 4 4 oz portions salmon
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Preheat ovem to 375ยบ.
Place salmon filets on a baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk to comine.
Pour or brush mixture onto salmon. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish. I like serving it with roasted broccoli and lightly dressed greens!
