Fresh Blender Salsa
This Fresh Blender Salsa is simple to make and easier to devour! Fresh summer vegetables are blended into a lightly textured dip, perfect for tortilla chips.

Servings: 2 cups
- 2 lbs tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 white onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2-1 tsp salt, adjust to your liking
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process until desired consistency. I like mine to have a little texture to it, but choose your own adventure!
Serve with tortilla chips, or course!
