Ingredients

  • 8 cups unsalted mixed nuts
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil plus more to coat pan
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil over a sheet pan, covering the surface area completely. Use a brush or paper towel to spread the oil evenly.
  • Add mixed nuts to the pan, along with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons rosemary. Toss to combine.
  • Roast for 25 minutes until nuts are fragrant and lightly golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary. Allow to cool and transfer to containers to store.
