Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin, preferably a fruity and herbaceous varietal
  • 4-6 oz high quality tonic water, such as Fever Tree

To garnish:

  • Sliced grapefruit
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Cardamom pods
  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  • Pour gin and tonic water in a large wine glass. Top with ice.
  • Garnish with selected ingredients, arranging them as beautifully as possible :-)
