Equipment

  • Bundt Pan

Ingredients

  • 3 16 oz cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Ciliegine (fresh mozzarella balls)
  • 2 cups Simek's Meatballs, thawed
  • 1 cup marinara, warmed though for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove the biscuit dough from the tubes. Use kitchen shears to cut each biscuit into quarters. Set aside.
  • Melt the better and add the garlic powder, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, and salt. Mix to combine.
  • Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the herbed butter, layering on the bottom of a bundt pan. Once there is a single layer of the biscuits on the bottom of the pan, add a layer of meatballs. Next add mozzarella balls, more biscuits, and shredded cheese, alternating layers until all ingredients are gone.
  • Add the pan to a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, until top is golden brown.
  • After the pan has slightly cooled, invert it on a plate, allowing the bread to release on to the plate. Serve the bread with warm marinara for dipping!
