- 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 egg
Roll puff pastry out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add slices of brie, leaving a 1 inch border around the puff pastry.
Top with prosciutto and apple slices. Sprinkle on chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with honey.
Fold edges inward towards the filling, pinching the ends to secure.
Crack the egg into a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon of water. Whisk until combined. Brush egg wash over the crust of the pastry, ensuring all exposed puff pastry is brushed.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes until puff pastry is baked through. Drizzle additional honey over the top. Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
