Ingredients

  • 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Roll puff pastry out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add slices of brie, leaving a 1 inch border around the puff pastry.
  • Top with prosciutto and apple slices. Sprinkle on chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with honey.
  • Fold edges inward towards the filling, pinching the ends to secure.
  • Crack the egg into a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon of water. Whisk until combined. Brush egg wash over the crust of the pastry, ensuring all exposed puff pastry is brushed.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes until puff pastry is baked through. Drizzle additional honey over the top. Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
