Turkey Sandwich With Dill Slaw

- 1 club roll
- 4 oz sliced deli turkey
- 1 slice dill Havarti cheese
- Sliced pickles
For the dill slaw:
- 1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tsp dill pickle brine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
For the dill slaw:
Combine the mayonnaise, pickle brine, dill, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add shredded cabbage and toss to combine.
To assemble sandwich:
Split the club roll in half. Layer the turkey and dill pickles on the bottom half of the bun. Top with dill slaw.
Place Havarti cheese on the top half of the bun, and sandwich the two together.
