- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
For Topping:
- Sliced Almonds
- Pepitas
- Goji Berries
- Chia Seeds
- Unsweetened Coconut
- Hemp Seeds
- Dried Cranberries
Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe glass bowl.
Heat in 30-second increments, stirring in between heating. The chocolate will melt as you stir, so you should only need to heat the chocolate for 1:30-2:00.
Use a tablespoon to divide the mixture onto a wax or parchment paper lined baking sheet or plate. Spread the chocolate slightly to create small "wafers".
Top each wafer with your toppings. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for them to harden. Enjoy immediately or store in a lidded container for up to one week.
