Timesaving DIY Oatmeal Mix

This Timesaving DIY Oatmeal Mix includes all the dry ingredients that make the most wholesome bowl of breakfast goodness!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 2 Tbsp pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chia seed
  • 1 Tbsp Maca
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste

To Make oatmeal:

  • 1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • Pecans, dried cranberries, nut butter hemp seeds to top

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix completely. Transfer to a lidded jar to store!

To make oatmeal:

  • Combine 1/2 cup of oatmeal mix with milk and maple syrup. Microwave for 2 minutes or until liquid has absorebed into the oats (this may be ore or less depending on your microwave!).
  • Drizzle with a little more milk, and add your desired toppings.
