A Simple Green Smoothie

frozen spinach

frozen mango

banana,
sliced in to coins and frozen
1/2
tsp
chia seeds
3/4
cup
coconut water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Adjust amount of liquid if you prefer a different consistency smoothie.
