A Simple Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana, sliced in to coins and frozen
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Adjust amount of liquid if you prefer a different consistency smoothie.
