Salmon With Sriracha and Lime

A super flavorful meal that's on the table in less than 20 minutes! Salmon gets spicy with everyone's favorite hot sauce, Sriracha, and a citrus kick from lime juice and zest. This Salmon With Sriracha and Lime is simple, healthy, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 1/4 lbs salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425°. In a bowl, whisk together juice, zest, syrup, sriracha and salt.
  • Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour lime-maple mixture over top.
  • Roast salmon until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
