Lightened Up Broccoli Salad
The classic potluck staple salad gets lightened up! Still with the same addictive smoky, sweet, and tart crunch from broccoli, raisins, bacon, and a greek yogurt creamy dressing.

Servings: 6 servings
For the broccoli salad:
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1 cup red onion chopped
- 8 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
For the dressing:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Chop broccoli in to bit sized pieces. Place in large bowl
Add chopped onion, chopped cooked bacon, and raisins.
For the dressing:
Add yogurt, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar to a mason jar. Stir or shake to combine.
Pour dressing over salad. Toss to thoroughly coat.
Flavors develop when the salad sits in the fridge! Great when prepared in advance, but arguably equally as delicious if eaten right away!
