- 3 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/3 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roasted & unsalted
For the vinaigrette:
- 1 Tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Bragg's aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- Fresh cracked pepper
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, blackberries, and fresh dill.
In a small jar, combine all vinaigrette ingredients. Shake to combine.
Dress salad, and toss to combine. Top with shelled pistachios, salt, and pepper.
