Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roasted & unsalted

For the vinaigrette:

  • 1 Tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Bragg's aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, blackberries, and fresh dill.
  • In a small jar, combine all vinaigrette ingredients. Shake to combine.
  • Dress salad, and toss to combine. Top with shelled pistachios, salt, and pepper.
