Hot Buttered Rum

Servings: 2 cups of mixture
For the mixture:
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
To serve:
- 1 oz dark rum
- 6-8 oz hot water
For the mixture:
Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients except ice cream. Once combined, add softened ice cream, and blend to thoroughly mix in.
Freeze mixture at least 2 hours.
