Greek Marinated Chicken
This Greek Marinated Chicken is my go-to weekly recipe for tender, flavorful chicken. Marinated with greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and lots of garlic, it's a tasty standby recipe to make time and time again!

Servings: 1 lb chicken
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint, chopped
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl, whisking to combine. Add chicken, tossing to coat.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. If marinating any longer, place in refrigerator.
Heat grill to 400 degrees. Grill chicken for about 4 minutes per side until cooked to 165 degrees.
Serve as is or with your favorite Greek ingredients.
