broccolini,
ends trimmed

olive oil

garlic,
minced

freshly grated ginger
Salt and pepper

rice vinegar

sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat grill to 400 ยบ. Add grill basket to grill to heat up.
In a large bowl add broccolini. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add broccolini to the grill basket, tossing to full coat in oil.
Close the lid and sporadically stir to encourage even cooking. It will be done when parts are charred and the broccolini is bright green.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with rice vinegar. Add sesame seeds and serve!
