Ingredients

  • 2 oz Empress Gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz jalapeno simple syrup, recipe follows
  • 1/8 tsp culinary grade shimmer dust
  • Lime Soda, to top
  • Cucumber slices, to garnish

For the jalapeño simple syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 jalapeños , stems removed and chopped in large pieces

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and shimmer dust. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain in to a glass filled with crushed ice. Pour Empress Gin over the top. Thread thinly sliced pieces of cucumber on a cocktail skewer to garnish.
