Ingredients

  • 10 lb spiral cut ham
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Remove packaging from ham and place in a large baking dish, cut side down.
  • Place remaining ingredients in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir the mixture with a whisk as it begins to melt, ensuring the ingredients come together.
  • Using a silicone or pastry brush, brush the ham lightly with the mixture. You'll be brushing the ham halfway through baking, and once it comes out of the oven. Make sure you reserve enough! Cover the ham with foil and place in the oven.
  • Bake the ham for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush with half of the remaining glaze, cover with foil, and return to the oven for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the oven, and check for doneness (the ham should already be cooked - ensure your package states "pre-cooked". If it is not completely hot throughout, return to the oven for 15 minute increments).
  • Brush with remaining glaze and cover again with foil. Allow the ham to slightly cool before slicing and serving!
