Perfect Deviled Eggs

- 6 hardboiled eggs, shelled and halved (see notes for directions for perfect hardboiled eggs)
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill, to garnish
- Fresh chives, chopped, to garnish
- Paprika, to garnish
Remove egg yolks from halved eggs and add to a small bowl.
Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Using an electric hand mixer, while the mixture until completely smooth. Alternatively you can mix by hand, it may just take longer!
Transfer mixture to a pastry bag fit with a star tip (you can also add this to a zip top bag and snip one corner off!). Pipe the mixture into the halves of each egg white.
Sprinkle with paprika, snipped chives, and fresh dill. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
