Servings: 12 canapés
- 12 cucumber slices, about 1/4 inch thick
- 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
- 4 oz thinly sliced lox-style smoked salmon
- Fresh Dill, to garnish
- Capers, to garnish
- Thinly sliced red onion, to garnish
Arrange cucumber slices on a platter. If you have more than 12 slices, that's just fine!
Using a small offset spatula, spread whipped cream cheese over each cucumber slice.
Arrange smoked salmon slices on top of each slice.
Top with thinly sliced red onion, fresh dill sprigs, and capers. No need to measure - add as much or as little as you think looks nice and will taste good!
Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours before serving.
