Add olive oil to a medium saute pan set over medium heat. Add chopped green pepper, onion, and garlic. Saute until fragrant and softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat as you prepare the remaining ingredients.
Combine cream cheese, greek yogurt, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer or spatula to completely combine ingredients.
Spread cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate (any oven safe vessel of the same size will work just fine).
Top with sauteed vegetables. Add sliced black olives and shredded mozzarella. Top with pepperoni slices.
Once garlic bread dippers have been removed from the oven, bake the loaded pizza dip for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and dip is warmed through.
Top with chopped basil and serve with warm garlic bread dippers!
