Tomas Collins (Dill Pickle Tom Collins)

This Tomas Collins was originally a cocktail served at Minneapolis' Marvel Bar. It features dill aquavit, pickle brine, and lime juice. A must try!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dill Aquavit
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • 2 tsp pickle brine (from a jar of top-quality pickles)
  • Soda Water
  • Fresh Dill

Instructions

  • In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine Aquavit, lime juice, simple syrup, and pickle brine.
  • Shake until completely combined, at least 15 seconds.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, and top with soda water. Garnish with dill.
