Irish Coffee with Baileys Whipped Cream
Irish Coffee with Baileys Whipped Cream - what get’s more festive than that?! An indulgent start to your St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Jameson Irish Whiskey is combined with brown sugar and fresh brewed hot coffee (the traditional way!), and topped with fresh Baileys Whipped Cream. A festive cocktail to warm you inside and out!

Servings: 2 drinks
For the Irish Coffee:
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 10 oz dark roast coffee
For the Baileys Whipped Cream:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- cocoa powder for garnish
For the Baileys Whipped Cream:
Pour whipping cream and Baileys in to a medium bowl. With a handheld mixer, whip until stiff peaks form. When you put the whipped cream in the coffee, it will loosen - so be sure you whip it until it's stiff!
Spoon Baileys whipped cream in to each mug of Irish coffee, and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
