Servings: 1 serving
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/3 cup almond coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp honey
- Splash of vanilla
- 1 banana, sliced
- Unsweetened shredded coconut for serving
In a mason jar or container with lid, combine the oats, milks, coconut, honey, and vanilla.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to enjoy, chop half of the banana and mix in to oat mixture.
Slice the remaining half of banana, and top oats with coconut.
-I enjoy my overnight oats cold, but feel free to heat up for a warm breakfast. I would add the banana after you heat them, though.
-I used both raw desiccated coconut, along with toasted coconut chips to top my oats.
