- 1/2 avocado, cut into small chunks and frozen
- 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 1 frozen spinach puck (or 1/4 cup raw)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp raw coconut
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- kiwi slices, to serve
Place frozen avocado. frozen banana, kiwi, spinach, honey and almond milk in blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds or more.
Add to bowl, top with pumpkin seeds, coconut, chia seeds, and kiwi.
-Feel free to add your protein powder of choice. Vanilla would be delicious!
