Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream
This Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream is the perfect light treat. Frozen bananas and melty peanut butter are combined in this 3 ingredient delicious and light dessert.

- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 Tbsp almond milk
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter, melted in the microwave
Add sliced bananas to a wax paper lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours, until frozen. You can easily freeeze these in advance, and store in a container in the freezer!
When ready to make, add frozen bananas to a food processor. Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk, and blend to combine. Depending on how frozen your bananas are, you may need to add more almond milk. You can always add more, so use a light hand! Otherwise, your nice cream will be more similar to soft serve.
Drizzle in melted peanut butter and pulse a couple times to swirl the peanut butter.
You can enjoy now, or freeze for an additioanl hour to shift the texture to more ice cream-like.
