Fruit with Applesauce Sweetened Tahini Sauce
This Fruit Plate with Applesauce Sweetened Tahini is a delicious, light, and nutritious way to start your day! Pick your favorite selection of fruit and top it with this protein packed drizzle. Apple sauce lightly sweetens the tahini, while still keeping it's seed-butter texture and luxuriousness. Sprinkled with coconut flakes, this breakfast is super simple and scrumptious.

For the applesauce sweetened tahini:
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp water thinned to desired consistency
For the fruit plate:
- 1 clementine, halved
- 1/4 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 mango, sliced
- 1/4 pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
Add tahini, applesauce, and honey to blender. Add 2 tablespoons water, to start. Blend to desired consistency, adding additional water as needed.
Arrange fruit on plate,. Drizzle with applesauce sweetened tahini. Top with coconut and DIG IN!
-Use fruit that's in season, depending on the time of year you make this! Any berry, bananas, papaya, citrus, apples, grapes - whatever suits your fancy.
