Giftable Holiday Compound Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the Sun-Dried Tomato & Parmesan

  • 1 Tbsp Sun-Dried Tomatoes (not in oil)
  • 2 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

For the Calabrian Chili

  • 2 Tbsp Calabrian chili peppers

Instructions

  • Using a handheld mixer, whip the butter and salt until nice and soft.
  • Add in chosen ingredients and mix entirely until combined. Store in 4 ounce mason jars or, alternatively you can form it into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. These will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks, and in the freezer for a few months.
