Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp instant espresso
- 1 cup cream
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey optional
Combine the cocoa powder and espresso powder in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk to combine until a smooth sauce is formed.
Add this mixture to a blender along with the remaining ingredients. If you plan to omit the Irish whiskey and make this non-alcoholic, note that the amount that the recipe will yield will be less, and also the texture will be much thicker.
Blend until fully combined. Decant into as glass bottle or several smaller bottles for gifts. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
