No Churn Peach Cobbler Ice Cream
A sweet treat for summer! This ice cream recipe features a stove top shortcut jam using the juiciest yellow peaches, fluffy biscuit chunks, and and simple ice cream base. No special equipment required!

For the stovetop peach jam:
- 2 lbs Organic Yellow Peaches skins on or off!, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
For the ice cream:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large biscuit store bought or homemade
For the stovetop peach jam:
-Cook the peaches with the sugar, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat until reduced and peaches or nice and soft (about 10 minutes).
-Add sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl.
-Add the heavy cream to the bowl of a stand mixer (or use a hand mixer). Whip until stuff peaks are formed.
-Combine the whipped cream with with sweetened condensed milk, gently folding the two together.
-Add about 1 cup of the cream mixture to the bottom of a loaf pan. Add dollops of the peach jam, and crumble part of the biscuit.
-Swirl the jam and biscuit gently into the cream, and continue layering the ingredients.
-Top with crumbled biscuit, cover with tin foil, and freeze at least two hours.
-Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before you’re ready to scoop and enjoy!
