Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted buttr, softened
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Cream butter, peanut butter, tahini, and sugar until fully combined. Add in eggs and vanilla.
  • Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slowly incorporate the flour mixture in to the peanut butter mixture. Be sure to not over mix.
  • Place dough in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  • When ready to make cookies, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll dough in to 1 inch balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cookies will still be very soft. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets, and then move to a cooling rack.
