Roasted Green Goddess Salmon

- 1.5 lb filet Copper River Sockeye Salmon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup tarragon
- 2 Tbsp chives
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp dill
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 3 anchovies
- 1/4 tsp salt
- freshly cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except salmon in a food processor. Pulse until herbs are blended and the sauce is lightly green.
Place the salmon filet on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Slather half of the green goddess sauce over the filet, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes.
Serve with the remaining sauce.
