Rosemary & Garlic Bread

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups warm water, 105 - 110 degrees
Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl and whisk together. Add fresh rosemary and garlic, stiring to combine. Add water, stir with wooden spoon. Cover bowl with plastic wrap or a dish towel, and put in a warm place in your kitchn. Allow to rise at least 12 hours or up to 18.
Once dough is ready, turn out on floured parchment paper and shape in to ball. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest an additional 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the dutch oven in the oven preheated to 450 for 30 minutes. Add dough (with parchment still underneath) to dutch oven, cover with lid, and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and remove lid. Allow to cool slightly in the dutch oven, then remove to completely cool. Slice bread and enjoy!
