Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and bay leaf. Whisk completely to combine.
Add chicken, tossing to coat. Nestle bay leaf into the marinade. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Heat grill to 400 degrees. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with saffron rice or your favorite grilled vegetables.
