Springtime Sangria
Summer in a glass! Refreshingly tart, this gem-hued sangria is sparkly, fruity, and fun. Sauvignon Blanc tends to be perfect for this recipe, but use your favorite white wine. Best served ice cold, in the sunshine.

For the boozy marinated fruit:
- 2 cups fruit of your choice (Strawberries, raspberries, citrus, grapes, etc.)
- 2 cups ginger liqueur
For the sangria:
- 1 botte Sauvignon Blanc
- Sliced grapefruit wedges, for serving
For the boozy marinated fruit:
Add fruit to a container with a lid. Cover with ginger liqueur, allowing to marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but up to overnight. If marinating longer than 1 hour, place in refrigerator.
For the sangria:
Scoop marinated fruit in to a glass pitcher. Add 1/2 cup of the reserved ginger liqueur, reserving remainder for other cocktails (or adding it all?!).
Top with chilled Sauvignon Blanc, stirring to combine.
Pour in to glasses, garnishing with grapefruit wedge.
