Strawberry, Arugula, and Taleggio Flatbread
This Strawberry Arugula and Taleggio Flatbread is savory, sweet, and satisfying. Store-bought naan serves as the base for melty cheese, peppery greens, sweet summer berries, and tart balsamic glaze.

- 1 store-bought garlic naan
- Olive oil, to brush naan
- 3 slices taleggio cheese (add as much as you like - I sliced 3 pieces from a wedge of cheese and that was perfect for me!)
- 1/2 cup arugula cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Preheat the broiler to high.
Lightly brush garlic naan with olive oil. Top with slices of taleggio cheese.
Broil until cheese melts and naan is lightly browned, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula, strawberry slices, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Slice and enjoy!
