This Strawberry Arugula and Taleggio Flatbread is savory, sweet, and satisfying. Store-bought naan serves as the base for melty cheese, peppery greens, sweet summer berries, and tart balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought garlic naan
  • Olive oil, to brush naan
  • 3 slices taleggio cheese (add as much as you like - I sliced 3 pieces from a wedge of cheese and that was perfect for me!)
  • 1/2 cup arugula cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler to high.
  • Lightly brush garlic naan with olive oil. Top with slices of taleggio cheese.
  • Broil until cheese melts and naan is lightly browned, about 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula, strawberry slices, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Slice and enjoy!
