Wedge Salad Skewers with Zesty Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
For the skewers:
Iceberg lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
halved
Red onion
sliced into 1/2 inch sections
Cooked bacon
Crumbled blue cheese
For the zesty blue cheese dressing:
1/2

mayonnaise
1/2
cup
sour cream

T.
whole milk

oz.
crumbled blue cheese

tsp.
Worcestershire
1/4
tsp.
black pepper
1/4
tsp.
garlic powder
1/8
tsp.
red pepper flakes
more if you like spice!
Instructions
Slice iceberg lettuce in half. Lay the lettuce head sliced side down, and cut into 1-inch sections. Thread lettuce onto a skewer.
Follow with the cherry tomato, red onion, and cooked bacon.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to enjoy, arrange on a platter, drizzle with zesty blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
For the zesty blue cheese dressing, mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until completely combined
