12 Wholesome Recipes To Start The New Year With

When it comes to the New Year, so many are seeking to overhaul their routines, organize their homes, increase their movement, and change up their diet. Perhaps you can relate to one (or all?) of these things – I know I can! Especially coming off of a season that has been filled with champagne, cheese, and rich cozy dishes, I’m craving fresh and wholesome foods that make me feel good

Although not an all-encompassing list (it can get overwhelming to try new recipes or start a new habit!), I’ve rounded up 12 tasty recipes to try in the New Year. While I wouldn’t bucket these into any “diet” (low carb, Keto, Paleo, gluten free, etc.), I hope they still provide some inspiration for whatever your intentions are!
