It’s the perfect canvas for summer’s best produce! I love grilling my pizza but you can just as easily make it in the oven, too. This one included salami, sautéed spinach, peppers, & onions, fresh grated mozz, and kalamatas. So simple. So good. The dough got perfectly crispy on the grill. Use a cast iron pan if your grill doesn’t have a pizza stone insert! Will be rotating through toppings for the rest of the summer. Wowowow this recipe is one of my favorite summer meals. The salmon is covered in a cumin scented panko crust and baked to perfection (an air fryer would do this beautifully!). The crunchy cilantro slaw doubles as a taco topper and side salad (I always take extra). Pickled red onions offer additional tang and that avocado crema? Brings it all together. The ease that comes with these nights is just so lovely: all you do is provide the space, the setting, and the drinks. The menus require some light kitchen prep but that’s honestly half the fun!
