Do you also have copious amounts of tomatoes and c Do you also have copious amounts of tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden?! Make this. Gazpacho is a Spanish cold soup made of a variety or raw vegetables. Layer in vinegar, fresh herbs, lots of garlic, and olive oil, and you have an incredibly refreshing little lunch. The garlicky croutons are the satisfying texture that this dish craves. Find the recipe linked in my summer recipes highlight ❤️ #gazpacho #summerrecipes #summerlunch #summerproduce #gardenfresh

A Sunday well spent 🍷☀️ @adelsheim I love rosé b A Sunday well spent 🍷☀️ @adelsheim I love rosé but nothing irks me more than getting a bottle that’s too sweet, too tart, or too bland. It’s one of the trickiest wines to impress me. But man did I find one that strikes the perfect balance! The perfect poolside sip that paired beautifully with today’s shrimp taco lunch. Apricot, watermelon, and a hint of kaffir lime leaf. Gorgeous!
Last month’s Lobster Picnic with @parisdiningclub Last month’s Lobster Picnic with @parisdiningclub 🦞 What I love most about this fabulous concept is how seasonal the menus are, and this gorgeous July lineup was no exception. Sweet corn. Chanterelles. Watermelon. Lobster. It doesn’t get much more summer than this. Add in a perfectly chilled bottle of rosé, a strawberry topped pavlova piled high with elderflower chantilly cream, and a glowing pastel sunset. The perfect end of July soirée✨ Grab this month’s menu for yourself @parisdiningclub ❤️

The juiciest grilled chicken with a summery tomato The juiciest grilled chicken with a summery tomato salad! It doesn’t get much better than this. As we enter that time of the year when garden fresh tomatoes are available nearly in excess, flag this recipe! It’s fresh, flavorful, and simple. Everything you want in a summer supper. The chicken is SO incredibly juicy and packed with flavor. Don’t skip out on the extra step I write about in this recipe! Find the recipe linked in my Summer Stories highlight ❤️☀️
Pizza night with @pocobero 🍕 Having gourmet pizza Pizza night with @pocobero 🍕 Having gourmet pizza dough tucked in the freezer is a must during the summer. It’s the perfect canvas for summer’s best produce! I love grilling my pizza but you can just as easily make it in the oven, too. This one included salami, sautéed spinach, peppers, & onions, fresh grated mozz, and kalamatas. So simple. So good. The dough got perfectly crispy on the grill. Use a cast iron pan if your grill doesn’t have a pizza stone insert! Will be rotating through toppings for the rest of the summer. What’s your favorite pizza topping combo? #pizzanight #grilledpizza #pocoberodough #summerrecipes
Meet the salad I’ll be bringing to every barbecue, Meet the salad I’ll be bringing to every barbecue, picnic, and dinner party this summer. ☀️ If you’ve never tried halloumi before, this is your sign. It’s a firm cheese that gets irresistibly golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy in the middle—and it’s absolutely made for salads like this. Tossed with chewy farro, crisp cucumber, chickpeas, fresh dill, and a bright lemon vinaigrette, every bite is fresh, hearty, and packed with flavor. Trust me…this one is worth seeking out. 🤍 Comment SALAD below and I’ll send you the recipe straight to your DMs!

Seeing a lot of pickle cocktails lately, you too? Seeing a lot of pickle cocktails lately, you too? I made this pickle spiked Tom Collins recipe 3 years ago, after a years long craving following the closure of the beloved speakeasy lounge, Marvel Bar. The Tomas Collins calls for Aquavit, but gin will do just fine. It’s savory, salty, crisp, and so refreshing. Make it! #picklecocktail #tomcollins #summerdrinks #aquavit
Sunny skies and sweltering temps: it’s fish taco s Sunny skies and sweltering temps: it’s fish taco season 😍 Crispy salmon tacos with cilantro slaw and pickled red onions! Wowowow this recipe is one of my favorite summer meals. The salmon is covered in a cumin scented panko crust and baked to perfection (an air fryer would do this beautifully!). The crunchy cilantro slaw doubles as a taco topper and side salad (I always take extra). Pickled red onions offer additional tang and that avocado crema? Brings it all together. Find this one linked in my stories and bio!❤️ #fishtacos #salmonrecipes #summerrecipes #tacos #beautifulfood
Another lovely evening with @parisdiningclub ✨ Th Another lovely evening with @parisdiningclub ✨ The ambiance, table, playlist, and dress code were all wrapped up in the dinner party guide that comes with every month’s menu. The ease that comes with these nights is just so lovely: all you do is provide the space, the setting, and the drinks. The menus require some light kitchen prep but that’s honestly half the fun! If you were considering signing up, wait until you see their summer menus! This is not an ad: my girlfriends and I are genuine clients and love the detail and care that goes into every month’s moment. Such special protected time🥰 #parisdiningclub #hosting #girlsnightin #entertainingathome
