Another @parisdiningclub dinner in the books✨ I h Another @parisdiningclub dinner in the books✨ I have gotten so many questions about these dinners, and I’ll just cut to the chase: yes they’re amazing, so special, incredibly easy and delicious, and worth every penny! So much detail goes into making every aspect of your evening dreamy. Absolutely superb! This month’s theme was Noir, leaning in hard to old school romance. The evening started with a garlic oil flashed langoustine which was just FUN. Herbs and crisped garlic top the fanned langoustine, sizzling and popping from a drizzle of hot infused oil. Delicious and entertaining. A classic winter salad of radicchio, blood orange, and fennel. Bitter, tart, and crunchy. Perfection. BEEF WELLINGTON! Unbelievably tender and so flavorful. Convinced me that I need to try my hand at this showstopping dish. Dirty martini dip. You’ve seen it. You’ve wanted to try it. This is your sign to do it. Damn. This was delightful. January’s @parisdiningclub dinner was 😮‍💨 The menu January’s @parisdiningclub dinner was 😮‍💨 The menu was inspired by the Minneapolis staple of steakhouse hospitality, @murrayssteak. @jamieannmalone wrote it best in the dinner party guide for last month’s subscription, a resource that each PDC box comes with to inspire your table setting, attire, music, and general ambiance for the evening: “Preparing yourself for the predictability of an ice-cold martini alongside the crisp snap of a jumbo shrimp, the anticipation of a way-too-big steak hitting the table, and the dessert you definitely don’t need, but absolutely must order.” This menu hit all the high notes that you’d expect from a classic supper club experience: bacon wrapped shrimp, Caesar salad, an insanely rich lobster bisque, Murray’s famous garlic toast, thick cut ribeye, cheesy sides, and that Raspberry Pie😍 My girlfriends and I got the Winter Series subscription, in which we get 1 fabulous dinner per month.
