Cobb Salad Sandwich
The makings of a Cobb Salad, but in sandwich form! Blue cheese dressing is slathered on a split hoagie roll, piled high with fixings, and squished together. These sandwiches would be an excellent picnic meal or a great option to bring to a gathering for a large crowd!

Ingredients
- Hoagie bun
- Deli chicken
- Cooked bacon
- Shredded romaine lettuce
- Red wine vinaigrette
- Tomato
- Green onion
- Hardboiled eggs
- Avocado
- Blue cheese dressing
- Crumbled blue cheese
How To Make A Cobb Salad Sandwich
- Dress the romaine with the red wine vinaigrette.
- Layer the chicken, bacon, dressed romaine, tomatoes, and green onion on note half of the hoagie.
- Spread the blue cheese dressing on the other half of the hoagie and top with blue cheese, followed by avocado and hard boiled eggs.
- Carefully sandwich each side together, tucking in any ingredients that happen to fall out.
- Split in half and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 hoagie, split
- 4 slices deli chicken
- 2 pieces cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp red wine vinaigrette
- 3 slices tomato
- 1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
- 2 hardboiled eggs, halved
- 1/2 avocado , sliced
- 2 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
- 1 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Dress the romaine with the red wine vinaigrette.
