4. Sidecars with Dried Cherries : A classic, “with the volume turned up, as Ina Garten would say. The dried cherries are soaked in Cognac, providing a boozy little nibble to enjoy mid-sip.
5. Easy Coq au Vin with Brown Butter Egg Noodles:Warm, rich, and soul satisfying. Chicken in wine sauce? With brown butter egg noodles? Find something more comforting.
6. The Bloody Anytime (The BEST Bloody Mary vodka base) :Rather than the Bloody Mary base, spice up the vodka! A staple to keep on hand for Game Days.
7. Caramelized Garlic Tart : The most over-the-top appetizer – but in the best way! A tangy goat cheese custard is enclosed in a puff pastry crust, with caramelized garlic and thyme sprinkled in. Mic drop.
8. Chipotle & Rosemary Roasted Nuts : My favorite little munch to have on hand for snacking. These make a perfect gift, as well!
9. Pumpkin and Oregano Butter Gnocchi : Homemade pumpkin gnocchi is super simple to make! This seasonal supper is perfect with a glass of chardonnay.
10. Homemade Chicken Stock : An absolute STAPLE as we enter soup season! I like to make multiple batches of this simple Chicken Stock to ave on hand in the freezer!

Saturday mornings just got a whole lot more cozy (and delicious!). This breakfast classic includes lightly sautéed apples, making it a seasonal favorite.
12. Caramelized Pear, Sage, and Orange Biscuits : These biscuits are packed with juicy pear, earthy sage, and bright orange zest. They’re the perfect addition to a brunch table, or simply enjoyed as a snack!
13. Arugula Salad with Port Roasted Pears and Roquefort : Wine poached pears + Roquefort. Need I say more?
14. Chicken Enchiladas with Pumpkin Sauce : These enchiladas are on repeat in my household. Surprisingly light, they’re packed with chicken and green onions, and topped with a creamy and spicy pumpkin sauce. Add a little cheddar, and try to not eat the whole pan.
15. Apple and Brie Soup with Bacon and Pumpkin Seed Granola: I truly hope the title of this soup is enough to convince to you to try this one! Brie. Bacon. Apples. Get after it.
17. White Turkey Chili : A cold weather favorite! This version includes hominy, cannellini beans, lean turkey, and all sorts of delicious toppings to make the bowl of your dreams
18. Crusted Pumpkin Wedges with Sour Cream : I dare you to find a prettier Autumnal side dish! These pumpkin wedges are covered in a crispy and cheesy topping, and served with sour cream for dipping. DIVINE!

20. Pumpkin, Sage, & Brown Butter Cupcakes : These are SINFUL! You must – I repeat – MUST make these! They’re sweet, earthy, dense, and packed with flavor. My favorite dessert to make in the Fall, by far!
21. Surly Hell BBQ Chicken Meatballs : Your new favorite football snack! These meatballs are super simple, but the trick is the beer-based homemade BBQ sauce. Grab your favorite brew and get cooking!
22. Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef Stew : This slow cooker meal is one of my comfort food faves. It’s rich, tasty, and just gives ya that, “gimme a blanket, Netflix, and a second bowl” kinda feeling.
23. Sausage, Kale, and Mushroom Stuffed Acorn Squash : I love these little vessels packed with savory goodness. A flavor-packed quinoa stuffing fills sweet acorn squash. Healthy, elegant, yummy.
24. Garlicky Venison Roast: Tender, slow cooked, and PACKED with garlic. Just the way venison should always be! Perfect for quickly approaching hunting season!
