Grilled Citrus Spritzer
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- 2 lemons sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 Bottle Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 Cup Cointreau or Triple Sec
- Seltzer
Instructions
- Heat grill (or grill pan) to medium heat. Add fruit slices to grill. Watch closely, as the sugars from the fruit may burn quickly.
- Meanwhile , mix chilled wine and cointreau in a pitcher.
- Once real to serve, add grilled fruit slices to glass, followed by ice. Fill glass halfway with wine and cointreau mixture. Top with seltzer.
