This appetizer couldn’t be easier to make. You’ll need the following ingredients to make this delicious goat cheese:

  • 8 ounce log of goat cheese
  • Shelled pistachios
  • Dried cranberries
  • Fresh herbs of your choice

How To Make A Pistachio and Cranberry Goat Cheese Log

  1. Combine shelled pistachios, dried cranberries, and fresh herbs on a plate. Evenly disperse the ingredients to ensure the goat cheese is covered evenly with all ingredients. 
  2. Inwrap the goat cheese log, and roll in the ingredients on the plate. You may need to gently press some of the pistachisand cranberries to the goat cheese log to ensure they stick. 
  3. Return to the refrigerator to firm it all up. About 30 minutes should do!
  4. Serve with crackers and toasted baguette!
