Rainbow Fruit Skewers
These Rainbow Fruit Skewers are a simple, healthy snack for kiddos of all ages. Having little hands make their own skewers means they'll be more inclined to try new things! Pick your favorite fruits and allow everyone to make their own!
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Mango,
- Pineapple,
- Green and red grapes
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash all fruit. If using fresh mango and pineapple, remove skin and slice in to bite-sized pieces. Remove grapes from stems.
- Set out fruit in individual bowls, along with skewers.
- Prepare one skewer for your little helpers to use as a guide, skewering fruit in the following order: strawberry, raspberry, mango, pineapple, green grape, blueberries (add a few if they’re small!), blackberry, and red grape.

*Note: Adjust amount of fruit used depending on how many kiddos (big and little alike) you’ll be feeding.
