Let’s talk about salmon the FISH, yeah? I always have salmon in my freezer. I reach for it when I want something quick, healthy, flavorful, and easy. And this recipe is all of those things.
First of all, the sauce is SRIRACHA BASED. I mean, come on…right?! Of course you’re going to love it!
It balances out with a drizzle of maple syrup, and a squeeze and zest from a lime. VIOLA. Magic Sriracha and Lime Sauce.
Pour over salmon, bake for 15 minutes (yes, JUST 15 MINUTES), and you have one helluva healthy and delicious dinner.
But don’t forget the cilantro.
And if you don’t like cilantro, lose my number.

Salmon With Sriracha and Lime
Ingredients
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 1/4 lbs salmon fillet, skin removed
- 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°. In a bowl, whisk together juice, zest, syrup, sriracha and salt.
- Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour lime-maple mixture over top.
- Roast salmon until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
